Vacuum Web Coating Application Laboratory
INTELLIVATION operates an applications development laboratory with a R2R500 coater.
We offer roll to roll development coating services at competitive rates for those customers that need trial runs or limited production runs to justify a coater purchase. We also offer our development coater to those customers that would like to develop their processes prior to delivery of their own R2R coater. Our customers find this ability to contract out PVD development on a robust roll to roll vacuum web coating tool platform to be truly unique and beneficial in bringing new products in flexible electronics, medical devices, optical coatings, and many other technology areas to market faster. Because INTELLIVATION is a roll to roll equipment manufacturer, we can provide our customers with their own tool to transfer the process to once developed.
